The bungee workout is forbidden only in case of pregnancy, head injuries or severe heart conditions.

For bungee workout training you should wear comfortable sports clothes: training pants, leggings or bicycle shorts. We are providing extra bicycle shorts to make the adjustment to the bungee harness more comfortable.
